I am holy when I stand in front of the mirror…

Sacred – an image of divinity,

I am beautiful,

Godly – a temple of my pure spirit,

I am confident when I see myself,

I trust the person in the mirror,

I trust my intentions, my efforts and the abundance of grace I hold for myself,

I trust my capacity to take care of myself,

I am a collection of stories,

Phases of my journey reveal themselves through my face,

I have learnt to look at myself,

I have learnt to embrace myself,

I have learnt to accept myself as I come,

This is the power of the mirror.

Innocent – I come to myself free from discrimination,

I am clean,

Godly – I carry the spirit of euphoria,

I breathe when I’m by myself,

I choose life each and every time I’m stressed,

I respect the peace that reflects in the mirror,

I respect my stand to love myself,

I respect the responsibility I hold towards my own self,

I am a collection of power,

Words I speak to affirm my strength,

I have learnt to nurture myself,

I have learnt to sustain myself,

I have learnt to keep myself truthful,
